Update on MSM supplementation.

I will keep titrating the level of MSM supplementation needed compared to the level of pain sensation... however it appears that my original guess of about 100 gm of MSM per day is close to the mark.

March 13, 2018 - Of course once the level of depletion has been addressed and/or one is drinking much less coffee, then the level of supplementation can be lowered somewhat... and if one has a painful joint of some sort, then its pain can be a good guide of where one's at.

March 22, 2018 - I've been taking a maintenance level of 12 heaped teaspoons per day: that's 3 with every meal, which means that if a teaspoon of MSM weighs about 7 gm then I've been taking about 84 gm per day!
