Paper 373:    How to Grow teeth

                                                                        Frank Russo, April 5, 2006.

One must drink astronomical amounts of natural vitamin C (ascorbic acid), "the more the merrier!" This is the key to growing teeth, as well as a complete diet of vegetables, fruits, nuts and spices whilst avoiding meat. The fruit juice should have a level of ascorbic acid of at least 20 mg per 100 ml.

Avoid alcohol at all costs as it halts the growing process and dissolves some of the newly grown material. The same goes for strong coffee... the coffee or tea that one drinks should be weak and not ultra hot, it should also be mixed with some milk. Most of the iced coffee one can buy appear to be at an acceptable concentration.

The juices should not be restricted to orange only, as its acidic content will loosen the teeth a great deal, and make the whole mouth suffer. As well as cracking the corners of the lips very badly. Now surely it can't be just me that can drink mega-doses of fruit juices constantly! To the ancient Greek 'gods' this was their nectar that kept them healthy: it goes straight to work as soon as it enters the body... no need to blast it with enzymes to digest it... one must be careful to avoid preservatives though, because in attempting to stretch the 'freshness' you destroy its vitality!

One very important point that I must stress, is to avoid sugar in its many forms (i.e. ice-cream ). One can of course have as much complex carbohydrate as he likes, things such as pasta, potatoes and corn. As these breakdown and form sugar, they release a lot of no-longer needed binding energy. The latter can allow the body to deal with the resultantly accumulated sugars as it sees fit.

A very important parameter of wanting to ambitiously grow teeth, are the fresh spices of sweet chillies and ginger. These must form a vital ingredient of your cooking. You will know when you are being successful as the teeth will become somewhat higher on a raised white platform... it will become especially obvious if you've got a stump that you haven't had removed. The latter will grow and the gums will grow with them covering the sides
