Dear Jack,

I've actually only really got one speed of light and that is the hypotenusal speed (from Michelson-Morley Experiment).

NB - Actual or "Absolute" speed goes from "before" to "after". However, "relative" speed goes from "after" to "after"... it is not a speed at all... it is only an apparent speed... light does not travel that path.
ie shorter path it only appears to do so to us "subjective" observers.

Regards & give a big cheerio to Mandie
